Louise Kelly has over 25 years’ experience working in Disability Services. Louise holds a H. Dip Social Work, Certificate in Health Service Management and a Professional Diploma in Leadership and Management. Louise started her career in frontline residential services supporting autistic adults. Louise moved into leadership roles in residential services, overseeing the initial registration of designated centres as a P.I.C. and as a Day Service Manager in the implementation of New Directions Interim Standards. Louise holds a strong belief and practice in relationship-based supports for people to ensure great outcomes.
